Validation of UNLOCODE Outputs from Publication

From #3 (closed) the attached files are produced running a script on merge. The outputs are attached here and require review from others to 'sign off' the outputs before we speak to secretariat to validate from their perspective. Please add feedback to this ticket and any issues will be resolved.
