Landing page obvious action buttons to join mailing list / join slack channel.

We need a way for casual observers of our work, who feel sufficciently interested, to take a more active role - and the first step is to join our mailing list and/or join our slack channel. Lets add some action button similar to what you see on untp.unece.org for that purpose.
