Comment and rationale:

The logical model diagrams in this specification are UML (Unified Modeling Language) diagrams. There is no mention of this anywhere in the document. Without this information, it is not possible to interpret the diagrams correctly. For example, in UML, there is a specific meaning to a solid black diamond (see the Vocabulary Overview diagram), i.e. a composition that links the lifecycles of the objects.

Proposed changes:

(1) Normatively reference the UML 2.5.1 specification from OMG (https://www.omg.org/spec/UML/2.5.1/PDF) for the diagrams. (2) Make it clear whether these diagrams are normative or informational and, if there is a mismatch between the text and the diagrams, specify what takes precedence.
