Identity Resolver

Problem: EN 18219 define which identifiers can be used for DPP. UNTP just seems to allow GS1 identifiers.

Proposed changes: Make examples for alle identifier types as defined in EN 18219. Qualifiers are very specific to GS1 identifiers and cannot be generalized: do not explicitly support them: qualifiers are just part of the ID. The GS1 type is even mandatory. Show at least another ID schema that can use this API.
