Issue Description

The VC Profile roadmap promises:

Provide guidance on selective redaction methods to better support confidentiality goals.

A Selective Disclosure section to the DAC specification (or the VC profile) is needed. We need to:

• Define which UNTP credential claims are suitable for selective disclosure
• Provide examples of selectively disclosable claims:
  • Supplier names (commercially senstive)
  • Specific emission values (revealing to competitors)
  • Audit evidence trails (confidential third-party data)
