This is wrong:

untp-dcc:conformance a owl:ObjectProperty, rdf:Property;
  schema:rangeIncludes untp-core:conformance.
untp-dte:name a owl:ObjectProperty, rdf:Property ;
  schema:rangeIncludes untp-core:name .

Change them to DatatypeProperties: the first one xsd:boolean, the second one xsd:string.
