[cirpass2 review] Turtle variant of ontologies

Issue:

  • Add pretty-printed Turtle variant of ontologies. See https://github.com/VladimirAlexiev/untp-ontologies for a potential source for such Turtles.
  • Amend semantic resolution by adding content negotiation for Turtle (it already returns HTML and JSON-LD).
