Digital Wallets & Credential Exchange

Issue Description

It is unclear how UNTP implementors are to facilitate credential exchange for their end users. A end user needs a way to store various credentials within their "digital wallet" provider of choice. This issue is seperate to discovery of credentials via Digital Product Passports or Link Resolvers, and pertains more to the user experience and workflows of end users accumulating credentials in their "digital wallet".

Example use cases could be:

• A user receiving a credential after a on-site visit from an auditor assessing their farm.
• A user receiving a credential from seperate software systems that provide assessments, e.g. a satellite imagery company performs a deforestation assessment of a farm, and the farmer receives the deforestation credential.
• A user receiving a credential from a industry body or government entity.
