LLM review of project site content

The comments below are the result of a review of the project site using a LLM tool (thanks @sankarshanmukhopadhyay).

The comments and suggestions will be checked and changes executed as appropriate.

Immediate (before next draft release)

  1. Fix duplicate footnote [^65] in 991_Economic_Argument_research_paper.md. Markdown processors will silently drop one reference, causing a broken citation chain.
  2. Correct 'Authoritative Register' → 'Authoritative Registrar' in 05_Implementation_Guidelines.md §3.1 and perform a global audit for this error.
  3. Split footnote [^2] in 02_Legal_Governance…md into two separate references for UNCITRAL MLIT and UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules.
  4. Fix broken hyperlink in 050_Pilot_Design_Document.md §5.7.3 (double opening parenthesis).
  5. Remove localhost URL from 051_Pilot_Participant_Guide.md §1 and replace with the production URL.

Before Public Review (ODP Stage 4)

  1. Resolve UNBODY / actor naming: establish consistent usage of UNBODY as the placeholder across all normative documents and clarify the current stand-in actors.
  2. Align maturity levels: harmonise the Level A/B/C model (doc 02), the Profile A–E model (doc 05), and the Baseline/Advanced columns in the schema table (doc 04) into a single coherent framework.
  3. Harmonise 'verification tax' / 'trust tax': choose one primary term, add to Glossary, update all documents.
  4. Correct year in trade finance gap citation: confirm ADB source year and make consistent across docs 001 and 991.
  5. Correct all spelling errors: 'partipants', 'partipating', 'ckecl', 'estalbished', 'shedule'.
  6. Add 'TOM' and 'Expression of Requirements' cross-references to the Glossary and to normative documents.
  7. Strengthen arbitration clause in doc 02 §A.5 with seat, governing law, and language of proceedings.
  8. Clarify DID optionality in doc 03 §2.1 to resolve conflict with §1.1.

Before Final Publication (ODP Stage 6)

  1. Synchronise the deliverables tables in Documents/readme.md and About/readme.md.
  2. Resolve the Annex A/B title inconsistency in 801_Annex_ROI_Model.md internal headings.
  3. Add pre-withdrawal DIA guidance to doc 02 §A.4.2.
  4. Add 'Individual' register type scope note or remove it from the doc 04 schema enumeration.
  5. Verify and correct the AI model name in the 991 research paper disclosure note.
