[Improvement] Allow export data to date for API logs

TITLE: [Improvement] Allow export data to date for API logs

DESCRIPTION: In the admin API log screen, the Export button only allow to export the rows listed in the Table, thus is limited to 100.

It would be more useful to be able to export the data from a starting date to a end date (having those 2 date picker fields - both defaulted today - at the left of the export button or in a modal upon pressing export).
