fix(dataprep): regenerate requirements.lock (uv 0.10.6) 

Transitive dependency updates caused lock drift — CI verify:dataprep-lock
caught it. Regenerated with uv 0.10.6 (same version as CI) for
deterministic reproducible builds.

Also fix reranking.md: remove duplicate adaptive row, update knobs table.
