Acquire data for Kenyan Service Discovery Chatbot Prototype

This issue focuses on gathering the necessary data sources to build the knowledge base for our Service Discovery chatbot prototype in Kenya.

The issue involves:

• identifying relevant sources (government websites, documents, etc.)
• picking relevant information for ingestion
• putting the original sources of information in a repository (for easy reference)

For the purposes of the MVP, it is proposed to focus on the services offered by:

• Kenya Film Commission (as per the project partner's request)
• The Boma Yangu portal (Affordable Housing Programme)
• The Social Health Fund
• The National Social Security Fund
